Exchange, Returns & Refunds Policy

If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.

Menarini E-shop strives to provide professional services to our customers. To guarantee our product quality, all products will be carefully checked before delivery. However, in the event that any product is damaged in transit, we will arrange to deliver the product again with no additional delivery cost. We offer a "Product Exchange Guarantee" for your shopping satisfaction.

Please check your products upon delivery. You are recommended to reject the products at the time of delivery. Please do not sign on the delivery order form.

No product refund/return is applicable.

Non-exchangeable products – exchange of products is not applicable to the following conditions and products:

Incomplete packaging (e.g. torn box packaging)
Opened or used products with damaged/incomplete packaging
Failure to show the receipt

We will examine and verify the returned products before processing the exchange request. If the product condition does not match with our terms of exchange, Prostamol E-Store reserves the right not to conduct the product exchange with you.

Exchangeable products: If you receive products that do not match your order, or are damaged, defective or with quality issues, we are happy to provide you with the exchange service. Exchange requests can be submitted within 7 days after delivery. We will not accept request for product exchange after 7 days of delivery.
Exchange procedures: Please provide pictures of the products and send it to meanrini.hk@menariniapac.com along with the order number in the email subject line for a speedy request processing timeline. Alternatively, you can call us at 9311 7912 on Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (not available from 12:30 to 1:30pm and public holidays) to make an exchange request. We will arrange exchange of product within 14 working days.

In case of any disputes, Menarini E-shop reserves the right to make the final decision.
